The Browns have claimed 26-year old TE Greg Estandia off waivers from the Jaguars.  He played in 2 games (1 start) for the Jags this season without catching a pass.  Estandia has played 4 years in the NFL playing in 28 games (2 starts) in which he has caught 19 passes for 249 yards (13.1 avg).  He will be the #3 TE for the Browns behind Robert Royal and Steve Heiden.  To make room on the roster for Estandia the Browns cut Martin Rucker.  Rucker played in 5 games (1 start) in his career with the Browns making only 2 catches for 17 yards (8.5 avg).
