4. (104) Kaluka Maiava, LB
The Browns wanted to improve their linebacking corps in this draft and Maiava could help them there. He is only 5’11″, 226 pounds so he will likely have to play on the outside. He does have the speed to handle it as he runs a 4.75 40. Maiava is also a good special teams player which should get him on the field as a rookie. Maiava played in 51 games (15 starts) in 4 years at USC in which he made 164 tackles, 15.5 tackles for a loss, he had 2 sacks, broke up 7 passes and he had 2 interceptions. He projects as a backup but he could surprise down the road for the Browns.
