The Browns traded back into the 4th round with the Cowboys to select TE Martin Rucker who many experts thought would have been drafted in the 2nd or 3rd round.  Rucker is not a good blocker but he is a very good receiver and that will help the Browns.  With Kellen Winslow’s knee problems and Steve Heiden’s back problems the Browns wanted some insurance at the position and Rucker will provide much more than that.  Rucker is a big target at 6’4″, 248 pounds and he runs a 4.63 40.  Rucker played in 50 games (all starts) at Missouri and he caught 203 passes for 2,175 yards (10.7 avg) with 18 TD grabs.  This was a great pick by the Browns.
