The Browns were ecstatic when Bell was available for them in the 4th round as they had him graded as a 2nd rounder.  Bell is the classic middle linebacker as he loves to blow up ball carriers.  Still, he would need help from the D-Line to keep him clean and let him make plays.  Bell is 6’1″, 243 pounds and he runs a 4.65 40 which is very fast for a man his size.  He played in 40 games (25 starts) at UNLV and he finished there with 305 tackles, 25 tackles for a loss, had 10.5 sacks, broke up 9 passes and he also intercepted 4.  He will likely push Andra Davis for his starting job next season unless he beats him out this year.  Bell will also likely be an assassin on special teams from the get go.  This was an outstanding pick by the Browns.
