Another year of Romeo Crennel…..yippee!
Romeo Crennel had the team regress in year #2 of his watch. The team fell to 4-12 and Crennel often had the look of a deer in headlights on the sideline. That’s not to mention when he puts his foot directly in his mouth like last week when he compared the Browns returning to the NFL in 1999 to the movie “We Are Marshall”. I think that really shows how stupid and insensitive he is as a man. Poor Browns fans will have to suffer another season with a pathetic head coach. Crennel is 10-22 (31.3%) as head coach of the Browns. Hopefully this season will go by fast and the Browns hire a real NFL head coach in 2008 (i.e. Bill Cowher).

I understand your frustration…I really do…but I have to disagree.
The Browns have too many problems, and those problems are too deeply rooted to blame them all on one player or coach.
Crennel has a lot to do with it yes, but it’s unfair to put of the Browns problems on his shoulders alone.
I for one am glad he is returning. I want to give him at least one more season to turn things around.
The last thing I want to do in the middle of this turmoil is to throw everything away and start over….again.
That course of action will definitley be a step back…and we have been through that enough recently to know how well that works.
But again…I’m with you in your frustration…I just think we have different ways of expressing it.
The Browns have regressed under Crennel’s watch and they’re no better than they were when he started so I think a change would be good. I hope he turns it around but I have no faith in him. He gets outcoached every single week.
I can’t argue with that…not one bit. I am just tired of starting over.
Here is the Solution: Put our pride to rest. Since, there really can’t be any pride with a notorious looser. I love the BROWNS, but they can’t seem to get it together. Crennel is a player’s coach not a Emperor. Cowher is the solution. There are some great arguments for this. I am not going to elaborate. The job has been done for me. If your interested check out http://www.cowher08.com/blog/
The problem with waiting on Cowher is that their will be better jobs than the Browns available to Cowher so the Browns will have to be lucky to get him.
