The Browns won this football game despite the Falcons running 70 plays on offense to only 49 for the Browns!  The Browns offense really didn’t play that well today.  Charlie Frye completed 16 of 22 passes for 165 yards and a TD.  Frye also carried the ball 4 times for 28 yards.  Reuben Droughns was busy with 21 carries for 54 yards (2.6 ypc) and a TD, he also lost a fumble while the Browns were in scoring range.  Kellen Winslow had a great game with 5 catches for 90 yards.  Braylon Edwards caught 3 passes for 31 yards and a TD.  Steve Heiden caught 4 passes for 24 yards.

Andra Davis led the way on the defense with 9 tackles.  Kamerion Wimbley was shadowing Michael Vick and had 4 tackles and a sack.  Brodney Pool (6 tackles, interception) and Sean Jones (interception) each played really well as the secondary played a great game as a unit.  The Browns allowed the Falcons to carry the ball 29 times for 149 yards (5.1 ypc).  The Browns did play well against the pass as the Falcons only completed 16 of 41 passes for 197 net yards passing.

The defense really played a great game despite the yards they gave up.  This was a great win for the Browns as they are now 2-1 with Jeff Davidson calling the plays on offense.
