Is Charlie Frye the starting QB of the future for the Cleveland Browns?

I think Frye will determine one way or the other whether he is the future for the Browns at QB in the second half of the season.  He is an exciting player to watch, but he makes more bad plays than good ones so far in his career.  Frye has completed 61.7% of his passes for 1,565 yards with 8 TDs and 12 INTs.  Frye’s QB rating is a poor 69.2 this season, which is way below average.  Frye is a good runner, as he has carried the ball 30 times for 117 yards (3.9 ypc) with 3 TDs.  Frye needs to do a few things a little bit better that would help him grow as a player.  The offensive line for the Browns hasn’t played well, but Frye also needs to get rid of the ball quicker as he has been sacked 29 times already this season!  Another thing that Frye needs to do is to throw the ball away more often.  He likes to throw the ball over the middle of the field while rolling towards the sideline….and he needs to stop doing that as it has resulted in way too many interceptions that have cost the team!
